We now are fitting the rectangle battery pack with a Smart BMS and power switch. The Smart BMS allows the cell group voltage, temperature, and battery capacity percentage to be monitored via an Android/Apple app through a Bluetooth connection. The Smart BMS will balance the cells even at a 90% charge.Our stand-out battery pack features are the facts that every single cell in the battery is fused. The signal wires are also fused. This is in addition to the normal battery management system (BMS). The BMS protects the battery against over-charge, excessive charge/discharge current, and also balancing.Our rectangular battery packs are housed in a steel/aluminum case. This not only provides serious mechanical protection but is also water-resistant. We build battery packs (and design/manufacture most of the key parts on our high-tech machines). Impress Lithium-ion Batteries has over 12 years of experience in safety. The Lithium chemistry used in our batteries is much safer than lead-acid which produces harmful by-products (lead and acid) that are hazardous materials.
Our BMS (battery management system) will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from any over-charging or undercharging of the batteries.

Use lithium batteries from regular manufacturers. Genuine lithium batteries are usually equipped with a high-reliability protection plate. When the charging voltage is too high, it will automatically protect the battery and terminate the charging, thus effectively protecting the battery. When the battery is fully charged, it will stop charging automatically to avoid overshoot. Q. What are the benefits of increased voltage on a battery car?
