The speed of batteries receive depends on the following factors

  • Whether the lithium ion battery needs to be customized: For personalized products, such as battery size, customized current, smart software battery customization, etc., it may take some time to make before delivery. For the exact delivery time, please contact us at sale@impress-energy.com.
  • The express delivery: Orders typically take 15-20 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered... we wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. After order, you will receive a tracking email from us. You can go back to our Track My Order and input your tracking number to track the location of your goods at any time.

We have multiple shipping locations worldwide. We locate our primary warehouse in Hong Kong, however, we also have shipping capability originating from the U.S. Thus we ship origination for each order primarily based on a customer's physical address. Our goal is to use the fastest and safest method to deliver our products to our customers.

Expedited International Shipping

We only offer an expedited service option to select international markets due to the complexities and cost of international duties associated with expedited shipping.

Handling

All orders will typically be within 2-5 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. We will ship all ordered in durable packaging to ensure it does not damage your purchase during transit. Impress is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses, or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive parcel timely manner and Impress will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Impress is not responsible for or refunds shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping of product availability.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Package 

If your package is missing or lost, we advised you to contact the shipping courier that's assigned to your shipment. We have no control over the shipment of your package once we hand it to the courier.

If the shipment status says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, you must contact the courier. Sometimes they drop off the package at your local post office or they leave the package to your neighbor if you are not home on the day of delivery. 

Damage or Defect 

As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

If your goods are damaged, you can send us a photo and a video showing the damage or defect. You can send it to our customer support team support@impress-energy.com to help you get through the problem you are having.
